The Role: Making Premium Dentistry Accessible Great clinical work happens in the chair, but case acceptance happens on the phone. We are looking for a qualified dentist to step away from clinical practice and take full ownership of treatment coordination and financial planning for our Australian patients. Your primary focus will be connecting with patients over the phone, explaining their treatment plans, and—most importantly—structuring and securing payment plans that make premium dental care affordable.
What You Will Own
- Payment Plans & Financial Coordination: You will spend the majority of your day on calls with Australian patients, breaking down the costs of high-value dental treatments and setting up customized, manageable payment plans.
- Overcoming Financial Barriers: Confidently discuss pricing, explain financing options, handle objections, and clear any doubts patients have about affordability.
- Clinical Translation: Use your dental background to clearly explain complex procedures (like implants or full-mouth rehabs) so patients fully understand the clinical value behind the cost.
- Securing the Booking: Process initial deposits directly over the phone, secure financial consent, and ensure all payment plan documentation is accurate before the patient steps into our Sydney clinics.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Call undecided patients to guide them through their financial options, acting as an exceptional people person to convert pending treatments into booked appointments.
What We Are Looking For
- Dental Background: A BDS/MDS degree. You need the clinical authority to accurately answer technical doubts while discussing the financial investment.
- Exceptional Telephone Communication: Flawless, highly persuasive spoken English. You must sound warm, authoritative, and perfectly clear on international calls.
- Financial Comfort & Growth Focus: You must be entirely comfortable discussing large sums of money, asking for the commitment, and setting up payment structures with a strong growth-focused mindset.
- Resilience & Empathy: The ability to listen to patient anxieties regarding cost and gently guide them toward a viable financial solution.
