- Must have 10-12 years of experience in End User computing portfolio
- Good knowledge and experience of EUC tools like SCCM, Intune, O365 etc.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Able to handle Major Incident management
- Handle team of more than 50 plus associate
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- ; Exp in creating new solutions and proposals for customers in EUC domain
- Hands on experience in Scripting tools like Python, PowerShell etc.
- Understanding of customer SLA and KPI
- Understanding of application packaging and imaging
