Position: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensure smooth execution of projects and events, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to drive operational efficiency and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution
- Monitor operational processes and improve efficiency
- Plan and supervise campaign and event execution activities
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and project updates
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines
- Handle resource allocation and team coordination effectively
- Resolve operational issues and maintain process compliance
- Support management in strategic planning and execution
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations Management/Event Management/Agency Operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management,

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
