Job Description
Ritz Fashion is looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-focused Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion, social media trends, digital marketing, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Plan, create, and post engaging social media content regularly.
Create trendy Reels, short videos, Stories, and promotional content.
Take high-quality product and fashion photos and videos.
Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative content ideas based on current fashion and social media trends.
Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and promotional content.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Run and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Work on increasing followers, engagement, website traffic, and online sales.
Support digital marketing campaigns for new collections, festivals, exhibitions, and special promotions.
Coordinate with the fashion designer, for photoshoots and content creation.
Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
Use AI tools and modern content creation tools to improve marketing productivity and creativity.
Maintain consistency in the Ritz Fashion Trendz brand image and style across all digital platforms.
Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook trends.
Experience in Reel and short-form video creation.
Basic to advanced photo and video editing skills.
Creative mindset with a good sense of fashion and visual presentation.
Knowledge of Canva and other editing tools.
Knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and digital marketing is a plus.
Good communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsible, dedicated, and willing to learn.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in fashion, clothing, boutique, lifestyle, e-commerce, or ethnic wear marketing will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
