Looking for Industry Engagement Officer to strengthen relationships with employers and industry partners. The role will be responsible for creating employment opportunities for trained candidates, understanding evolving workforce requirements, and ensuring alignment between training programs and industry demand.
Key Responsibilities
Industry Partnerships & Placement Facilitation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies across sectors to generate employment opportunities for youth trained by the Center
- Identify, engage, and onboard new employer partners for recruitment, apprenticeships, internships, and workforce development initiatives.
- Facilitate placement drives, recruitment campaigns, and employer engagement activities.
Industry Intelligence & Skill Demand Mapping
- Engage deeply with industry stakeholders to understand current and future workforce and skill requirements.
- Gather market intelligence on emerging job roles, technologies, and competency requirements.
- Provide regular feedback to training and curriculum teams to ensure programs remain industry relevant.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between Company's Skills and employer partners.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with HR leaders, business heads, staffing agencies, and industry associations.
- Represent Company's Skills at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in industry engagement, employer relations, business development, placements, recruitment, or workforce development.
- Prior experience in a similar role within:
- Industry associations
- Staffing and recruitment companies
- Skill development organizations
- Workforce solutions firms
- Corporate HR / Talent Acquisition functions
Preferred Experience
- Strong network of industry contacts across multiple sectors.
- Experience working with staffing companies, recruitment agencies, or large-scale hiring programs.
- Exposure to overseas recruitment, international workforce mobility, or employer engagement for global placements.
- Understanding of skill development ecosystem, employability programs, and workforce planning.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
