We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer (Electrical) who will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical systems and equipment. The candidate should ensure smooth operation and provide technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of electrical machines and equipment at client sites
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults and breakdowns
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts
- Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Ensuring timely service and maintaining service reports
- Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintaining proper documentation of service activities
- Ensuring safety standards and compliance during work
- Client handling and providing proper service feedback
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, and wiring
- Basic understanding of PLC, control panels, and automation systems (preferred)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and in field conditions
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, etc.)
- Valid driving license (preferred)
