About the Role
Spectra Eye Hospital is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Hospital EXPERIENCE is PREFERRED. We are expanding our outreach and need a performance-focused marketer whose primary goal is to drive patient footfall and consultations through targeted digital campaigns.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Paid Ads: Strategize, set up, and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) specifically designed to generate high-quality patient leads and appointment bookings.
- Tracking & Analytics: Implement and manage tracking tools (like Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to monitor campaign health, optimize ad spend, and ensure a low cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Local SEO & Map Visibility: Manage and optimize our Google Business Profiles and local mapping directories to ensure high visibility for local searches and foot traffic.
- Reputation Management: Monitor patient feedback online and actively drive positive reviews to build trust and authority for the hospital.
- Landing Page Optimization: Create and refine campaign-specific landing pages to maximize conversion rates for specialized eye care services.
- Organic Social Media: Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across social platforms to engage our community and build brand awareness.

While performance marketing and lead generation are the main priorities, you will stand out from the crowd if you also bring the following creative skills to the table:
- Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools) to create eye-catching ad creatives, banners, and social media posts.
- Video Editing: The ability to shoot, edit, and optimize short-form video content, specifically Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, to highlight patient testimonials and doctor insights.
Who You Are
- Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets with a strong track record in lead generation.
- Deep understanding of tracking metrics, SEO fundamentals, and local search optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read data, pivot strategies quickly, and deliver clear weekly performance reports.
- Self-starter who can take ownership of the digital marketing operations for the facility.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
