We are looking for a smart and organized Admin & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities for our EdTech business. The candidate should be capable of handling LMS, CRM, invoicing, student coordination, batch management, payment follow-ups, and overall operational support.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with students, trainers, sales teams, and management efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and operational activities
- Manage and update LMS (Learning Management System)
- Maintain CRM data, lead tracking, and student records
- Coordinate batch formation and scheduling
- Certificate Handling
- Track invoices, payments, and due collections
- Follow up with students regarding pending payments
- Manage entries and billing through Vyapar software
- Coordinate with counsellors and trainers for smooth operations
- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation
- Handle student onboarding and support activities
- Maintain attendance, course status, and batch updates
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
- Experience in Administration / Operations / Coordination
- Basic knowledge of LMS, CRM, Excel, and billing software
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in EdTech or Training Industry is an added advantage
