Job description:
IT Administrator ( Hardware, Software , Server Management Engineer )
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor system and network performance to ensure availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Support cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Servers & Infrastructure
- Rack-mounted servers (Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem)
- Server installation and maintenance
- RAID configuration and storage management
- UPS and power management systems
- Data center operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and firewall management.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA, AWS, or Azure are advantageous.
