About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer with strong Python knowledge to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack while also possessing hands-on experience with Python for backend development, automation, scripting, or AI-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express.js.
- Utilize Python for backend services, automation scripts, API development, data processing, or AI/ML integrations.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases, including schema creation and optimization.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing applications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and code reviews.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with:
- React.js
- Node.js
- Express.js
- MongoDB
- Good programming knowledge of Python.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
- Understanding of JWT Authentication and Role-Based Access Control.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or API integration with AI models.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
