Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Junior Site Engineer to assist in the execution and supervision of bridge and building construction projects. The candidate will support senior engineers in site activities, quality control, safety compliance, and project coordination to ensure timely completion of works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during construction.
- Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and material reconciliation.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Report site issues and progress to senior engineers and project managers.
- Participate in inspections and quality checks.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in building or bridge construction projects.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
