- Computer skills: excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, internet, and data entry is often expected.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, and report preparation.
- Communication: Ability to speak and write clearly, especially in Hindi and/or English.
- Organization skills: Managing files, records, schedules, and office documents.
- Typing speed: Helpful for data entry and documentation work.
