We are looking for a dynamic Associate – Investor Relations to engage with prospective investors, convert qualified leads into clients, and build long-term investor relationships. This is a revenue-focused role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.

Engage with prospective investors who have expressed interest in Qode's investment offerings.

Conduct discovery calls, understand investor requirements, and present relevant investment opportunities.

Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to investor onboarding and conversion.

Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to maximize conversions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversion status in the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for investors.

Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.

Provide regular updates and reports on lead pipeline and conversion performance.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Investor Relations, or Business Development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in handling client calls and lead conversions.

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of financial markets and investment products will be an added advantage.
Candidates from Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Banking, Financial Advisory, or Investment Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
