We are looking for a Sales Strategy Executive to join our Pune office and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales initiatives. This is not just another sales role—you will work closely with leadership, drive strategic decisions, and gain end-to-end exposure to modern sales processes, client acquisition, and business growth.

- Maintain a structured pipeline and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize messaging, outreach, and overall strategy.
- Contribute to the organization’s growth roadmap through strategic recommendations based on market insights.
- MBA from top B-schools such as IIMs, SP Jain, or Symbiosis.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, and modern lead generation strategies.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or strategy is a plus.
- Exposure to high-level sales strategy and leadership decision-making.
