The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring SME and self-employed customers, and promoting unsecured and secured business loan products. The role involves client assessment, loan processing, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Acquire SME, startup, and self-employed customers.
- Promote Home Loans, Car Loans, Business Loans, Term Loans & Working Capital Loans.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of business loan products.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Understanding of customer financial profiles and credit assessment.
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred (Business, Finance, or related field).
