Ecometric Solution is a growing marketing agency focused on digital marketing, content creation, social media, and brand growth. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our remote team and gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
3. Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
4. Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
5. Maintain candidate and employee records and HR trackers.
6. Coordinate with interns and employees regarding attendance, feedback, leaves, and other HR-related matters.
7. Assist in employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
8. Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
9. Assist with exit formalities and other HR tasks as required.
Requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
3. Good organizational and time-management skills.
4.Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and other basic office tools.
5. Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Work Mode: Remote
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Payment/Stipend: Will be discussed during the interview.
