Job Summary
The Staff Nurse will assist doctors and aesthetic practitioners in providing safe, high-quality patient care before, during, and after cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, procedure assistance, infection control, documentation, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
- Prepare patients for aesthetic procedures and treatments.
- Assist doctors during injectables, laser procedures, PRP, microneedling, chemical peels, IV therapies, and minor procedures.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing and treatment records.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Manage emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
Patient Care
- Record vital signs and medical history.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure counselling.
- Educate patients regarding treatment aftercare and follow-up schedules.
- Address patient concerns professionally and empathetically.
Infection Control & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain treatment rooms according to clinical standards.
- Handle biomedical waste as per applicable regulations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of emergency equipment and supplies.
Clinic Operations
- Assist in inventory management of medical supplies and consumables.
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules when required.
- Support quality assurance and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
