### Executive Reporting
- ### Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly ELT reports and executive presentations.
- ### Consolidate data from multiple business functions into meaningful dashboards and reports.
- ### Develop KPI scorecards and executive summaries highlighting business performance.
- ### Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
- ### Present insights, trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
- ### Coordinate multiple strategic projects across business and IT teams.
- ### Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- ### Maintain project plans and governance documentation.
- ### Organize project review meetings and capture meeting minutes and action logs.
- ### Monitor project health using schedule, scope, budget, and quality metrics.
- ### Escalate project risks and issues to stakeholders when required
### Stakeholder Management
- ### Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and senior management.
- ### Facilitate communication between project teams and executive leadership.
