Key Responsibilities:
· Support the team in daily operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
· Ensure smooth handling of group check-ins, weddings, and large events (banquets & lawns coordination)
· Monitor room allocation, occupancy, and revenue optimization (upselling & room category management)
· Supervise Front Desk, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations teams
· Handle VIP guests, guest complaints, and escalations with prompt resolution
· Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Sales, and Banquets for room readiness and event execution
· Maintain SOPs, service standards, and ensure high guest satisfaction scores
· Prepare and review daily reports (occupancy, arrivals/departures, revenue, guest feedback)
· Ensure proper billing, cashiering, and audit compliance
· Train, guide, and motivate team members; manage duty rosters and shift planning
Skills & Requirements:
· Minimum 4–7 years experience in Front Office operations in hotels/resorts
· Strong exposure to MICE, weddings, and group handling
· Excellent leadership and team management skills
· Good knowledge of PMS systems and reporting
· Strong guest handling, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a high-occupancy property
