Promote B2C sale of UPVC windows & doors in Retail markets through Dealer Network
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Any Discipline/ MBA in Marketing
Candidates who have technical / product knowledge of UPVC windows & doors will be an added advantage
Experience
8-12 Years in Channel sales or Retail sales, familiar with upcountry markets
Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills)

Knowledge of Local Language, English & Hindi

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

Well versed with dealer Development and network expansion

Good in relationship Management, Expert in logistics management

Network Development / Planning and implementation adhering to timelines

Handling customer complaints in line with Business Standards

Keep track of competitors activities and report to management

Screening of prospective dealers and their background verification / market standing

Prepare and execute the agreement between company and dealer

Responsible for payment collection and all commercial activities
