We’re Hiring: Field Engineers (Mechanical & Electrical)
Location: India (Field-Based)
Industry: Packaging / Rigid Box Manufacturing Machines
Travel Requirement: Up to 90%

We are looking for passionate and skilled Mechanical and Electrical Field Engineers to support machine installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support at customer locations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and acceptance of machines at customer sites
- Provide after-sales service and technical support for installed machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues
- Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure smooth machine performance
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for service and technical solutions
- Train customers/operators on machine operation and basic maintenance
- Collect product feedback, quality concerns, and competitor information
- Suggest improvements in machine performance and service processes
- Maintain service documentation and submit weekly service reports
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2–3years of experience in packaging machinery / rigid box manufacturing machines / industrial machinery
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Electrical candidates should have hands-on experience with PLCs (Omron / Siemens), VFDs, motors, sensors, and control panels
- Good communication, reporting, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
