Job Summary
The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the houseboat property, delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient service and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily houseboat operations and guest services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and front office teams.
- Ensure houseboats are guest-ready and maintained to company standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, resort, cruise, or houseboat operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems.
