Now, we are aggressively expanding our footprint into the enterprise market tier (Fintech, B2B SaaS, and high-growth D2C consumer brands).
We are seeking a sharp, hungry, and highly analytical Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead this outbound and consultative sales motion. You are not a standard sales rep blasting generic emails; you are a growth consultant. You will analyze target prospects' acquisition funnels, identify technical friction points, use your network and outreach to connect with CMOs and Heads of Growth, and close high-ticket retainers, pilot runs, and performance-driven Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) models.
Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Technical Funnel Analysis (40%)
- Deep-Dive Growth Audits: Research and audit target prospects' public ad libraries, technology stacks, conversion funnels, and landing page setups to identify exact technical leaks (e.g., high CAC, form friction, tracking gaps).
- Account Sourcing: Systematically identify and track high-growth targets, specifically tech companies and startups that have recently raised funding or are aggressively hiring growth talent.
- Custom Pitch Design: Package GRK Ads’ core strengths in performance marketing, web development, and advanced AI workflows into highly tailored pitch blueprints and short personalized video audits (e.g., Loom teardowns).
2. Outreach, Network Activation & Closing (40%)
- Multi-Channel Outbound Execution: Deploy hyper-personalized email, LinkedIn, and cold-video outreach sequences to systematically book discovery meetings with primary budget owners (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth).
- Relationship Leveraging: Tap into your existing network of digital marketing professionals and corporate contacts to secure warm introductions and bypass gatekeepers.
- Consultative Selling: Lead alignment calls by acting as a strategist. Pitch low-friction entry points like our 90-Day Enterprise Pilot Framework or risk-free CPL trials to move prospects smoothly through the sales pipeline.
3. Strategic Market Positioning (20%)
- Productizing the Agency Edge: Partner closely with GRK Ads’ internal development and media buying teams to bundle our tech infrastructure, automated workflows, and data pipelines into scalable corporate offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a meticulous, data-driven CRM pipeline tracking touchpoints, conversion rates, and contract values down to the dollar.
Profile Requirements & DNA
- The Track Record: 3 to 5 years of explicit experience in business development, account management, or consultative sales within a digital marketing agency or performance network. Proven history of hitting personal sales quotas.
- The Mindset: Highly analytical. You must speak fluent performance marketing language—understanding Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion ratios, and CRM integrations.
- The Sourcing Stack: Hands-on experience with toolsets including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, BuiltWith, and automated email sequences.
- Network Building: A strong ability to foster high-level professional relationships and an existing base of marketing contacts in India's startup hubs (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR).
