About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining UiPath automation solutions running in production environments. You will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to ensure business-critical automations operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UiPath, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality production support.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support UiPath bots running in production environments.

Ensure smooth execution of scheduled and unattended automation processes.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.

Perform bot restarts, reruns, and incident resolution as required.

Monitor UiPath Orchestrator queues, jobs, logs, and robot health.

Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements when necessary.

Maintain incident reports, RCA documentation, and support tickets.

Provide timely updates to clients regarding incidents, service requests, and issue resolutions.

Participate in weekend support on a rotational basis, with compensatory leave provided.

Support production activities during night hours in exceptional business-critical scenarios.

Follow Managed Services processes, change management, and operational best practices.

Required Skills

1+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.

Experience in production support, bot monitoring, and incident management.

Good understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, Assets, and Jobs.

Knowledge of exception handling and troubleshooting UiPath workflows.

Familiarity with Windows environments, basic SQL concepts, and log analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Willingness to work in a Managed Services (MS) support environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting unattended automation solutions.

Exposure to ITIL processes or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

UiPath certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

UiPath certification (preferred ).
