What this role actually is:
You will own a category — a brand or a department, we'll decide based on you — and you'll know it inside out. What's moving, what's stuck, where stock needs to go before it sits too long. Not just tracking numbers but reading them and acting on what they tell you.
What you'll do:
- Own a category end-to-end and become the person who knows it best
- Analyse sales data to spot what's working and what's not — then act on it
- Coordinate stock movement across stores based on real demand
- Work directly with our sales dashboards, POS and internal in-house softwares
- Catch trends early, before they turn into problems (or opportunities)
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in retail (footwear experience not necessary)
- Solid with Excel and comfortable digging into numbers
- Sharp, energetic and someone who actually wants to be part of a team
- Can work closely with leadership and communicate their ideas clearly
- Brings good energy — someone who lifts the people around them, not just their own numbers
