Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the store operations, inventory control, material handling, stock accuracy, and timely issue/receiving of agricultural equipment and raw materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stock levels, GRN, issue slips, and daily store records
- Monitor inward/outward materials and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain FIFO
- Ensure safe storage, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards
- Vendor follow-up for material delivery
- Manage store staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in store management, preferably in agriculture/ manufacturing
- Knowledge of inventory software (ERP/Odoo preferred)
- Strong coordination and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle inventory independently
- Graduation preferred
