Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 3+ years of work experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, enhancement, and management of our educational products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and ensuring alignment with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap planning, development, launch, and continuous enhancement.

Manage and lead the operations team to ensure smooth execution of academic and student support functions.

Oversee the complete student lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, counseling support, retention, and course completion.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback assessments to identify product improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with technology, academic, sales, marketing, and support teams to define and prioritize product requirements.

Define product specifications, user stories, workflows, and feature requirements for development teams.

Coordinate product launches and ensure successful implementation through cross-functional collaboration.

Supervise scheduling, class coordination, faculty communication, and operational planning to ensure seamless program delivery.

Monitor team performance, service quality, and adherence to SLAs while driving operational excellence.

Implement and optimize workflows, processes, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

Address student queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze product performance, user engagement, and operational metrics to drive data-based decision-making.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to support business growth and product improvements.

Act as the product advocate by communicating product vision, updates, and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, academic, and student success teams to ensure a seamless and engaging student journey.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing user experience, student satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

Strong understanding of product development methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
