Position Summary:
The Incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle for the respective business including recruitment, rewards & recognition, performance management, employee engagement, Contract Labour management and Industrial relations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for following aspects:

Statutory compliances of including maintenance of Statutory forms and registers

Interfacing with HRBPs for Online statutory compliance tool for all Sites

Contract Labour Management - Agreements, Vendor management, Bill Management, trouble shooting, queries handling

Admin activities
-
Cost and Budgeting, Cost Control measures
-
Interfacing with Regulators – Labour Dept, Factories dept, Police etc

Training and development of Blue Collared / MTMs in Manufacturing– Skill Matrix review and implementation

NAPS recruitment and skill matrix development
-
Grievance redressal of Blue Collared
-
Developing grape vine communication channels from Shop Floor for proactive Management.

Handling statutory committees like Canteen Management Committee and any other committee constituted

Organizing employee engagement programs in Plant like Fun Fridays, assisting for family day events etc

Canteen management and supervision

Execution of HR Processes in Plant

Stationery and Courier
-
Payroll inputs, Attendance and leave management
Any other aspects, as assigned
Candidate Profile:
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
§ Any Graduate with 2 years fulltime MHRM / MBA HR
§ Academically throughout 60% & above
Experience
§ Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Business HR Role with reputed Manufacturing industries.
