We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bidder with 1 year of experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through online portals, identifying new opportunities, communicating with clients, and securing projects for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify potential projects on various freelancing platforms.
- Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project estimation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted proposals.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, and project status.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and other online channels.
Required Skills
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.
- Proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding and business development.
