Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand market opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and business development activities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Prepare and submit regular business development reports to management.
