Role Description This is a full-time, on-site (Office) Sales Support Officer (Modern Trade/ e-commerce) role based in Vijay Nagar, Indore. The role involves supporting modern trade and e-commerce sales channels by coordinating with key accounts, preparing and updating sales reports, tracking orders, and ensuring timely dispatches and deliveries. The Sales Support Officer will handle customer queries, assist in resolving service issues, and maintain accurate records of promotions, discounts, and product listings across platforms. The position also includes liaising with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and production to align inventory, pricing, and documentation with market requirements, and assisting the sales team with data analysis, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills for supporting modern trade and e-commerce channels, including order management and account coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle retailer and platform interactions, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare accurate reports and forecasts.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or modern trade/e-commerce sales support is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), familiarity with ERP or sales tracking tools, and attention to detail are preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in Office at Indore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with time-bound priorities.
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
