Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance
- Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and drive the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Training: Mentor and coach Sales Executives on pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Monitoring: Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings to review pipelines and address bottlenecks.
2. Strategic Sales & Networking
- Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain a strong network of real estate brokers and channel partners to ensure a steady flow of leads.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor pricing, new project launches, and market trends to adjust sales pitches accordingly.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative sales strategies for various project phases (Pre-launch, Launch, and Ready-to-move-in).
3. Customer & Lead Management
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure every lead is followed up on time.
- Site Visits: Coordinate and occasionally lead high-value site visits for VIP clients.
- Closing: Step in to assist team members during the final stages of negotiation to close difficult deals.
4. Administrative & Reporting
- Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on sales forecasts, conversion ratios, and marketing ROI.
- Documentation: Ensure all booking formalities, KYC, and payment schedules are explained clearly to customers and processed accurately.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
