Job description:
Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers about their travel needs and preferences
- Helping customers plan the details of their trip, including transportation, lodging and entertainment
- Advising customers about locations, travel dates and transport
- Coordinating events on travel itineraries, such as tours and local attractions
- Booking tickets and reservations
- Resolving complaints and travel issues
- Calculating costs and collecting payments
