Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a Customer-Focused Onsite Service Engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, and repair services for Zebronics devices at customer locations. The candidate must have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites for product installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
- Diagnose technical issues in Zebronics products (speakers, power supplies, CCTV, accessories, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal support and logistics team for parts and replacements
- Maintain service logs, reports, and customer feedback
- Ensure minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction
- Provide basic operational training to customers if required
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10+2 with technical experience
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, electronics, and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills (local language & basic English)
- Willing to travel locally for onsite support
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
- Should own a smartphone for job updates and reporting
Preferred:
- Experience with Zebronics or similar electronic/IT products
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field work required)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
