The IT Coordinator manages and maintains the organization's IT infrastructure, provides technical support to staff and students, and ensures the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, software, and digital learning platforms. The role also requires graphics and design skills for creating posters, social media creatives, and handling related design tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- · Manage the school's network, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi systems.
- · Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and antivirus programs.
- · Provide technical support to teachers, staff, students, and administrative departments.
- · Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and IT services.
- · Monitor data backup, security, and system performance.
- · Manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.
- · Support online learning platforms, ERP systems, and digital classroom technologies.
- · Maintain inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
- · Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience in IT support, network administration, or system management.
