jisse log bina kharcha kiye solar lagwa sakein aur bijli bill me bachat kar sakein.
Work Role: Field Executive
Daily Work Responsibilities:
- Roz 10–15 interested customers ke ghar/office visit karna
- Free Solar EMI Support Program samjhana aur convince karna
- Documents collect karna (Aadhaar, electricity bill, photo, etc.)
- Loan aur installation process me help karna
- Har successful connection ka proof company ko submit karna
Performance Target & Salary Structure:
- Monthly Target: 8 Successful Solar Connections
- Minimum Deadline Target: 5 Successful Connections
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month (on 8 connections)
- Deduction: ₹5,000 if target is below 5 connections
- Incentive: ₹6,000 per extra connection above target
Example:
- 8 connections = ₹30,000 (Full Salary)
- 10 connections = ₹30,000 + ₹12,000 incentive = ₹42,000
- 4 connections = ₹30,000 – ₹5,000 = ₹25,000
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi must)
- Bike/Scooter aur smartphone mandatory
- Local area fieldwork karne ke liye ready ho
Working Hours:
- Flexible timing (target-based role, approx. 4–6 hours/day)
