Job Purpose:
To lead end-to-end implementation of FHR HCM solutions, ensuring successful deployment, process mapping, configuration, training, and client adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage HRMS/Process implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
· Conduct process mapping and requirement gathering sessions.
· Coordinate software configuration and testing.
· Prepare implementation schedules and rollout plans.
· Conduct client training and user adoption programs.
· Ensure data migration accuracy and system readiness.
· Track project milestones and risks.
· Provide post-implementation support and stabilization.
· Coordinate with software development and support teams.
Qualifications:
· MBA HR / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.
· 2–4 years of HRMS, ERP, or software implementation experience.
