Job Profile: Service Technician / Service Engineer (Chapati /Khakhra Making Machine)*

*Job Purpose*
To ensure efficient installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chapati making machines, providing high-quality service support to customers and ensuring smooth machine performance throughout its lifecycle.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Installation & Commissioning*
* Install chapati making machines at customer sites as per company standards.
* Conduct machine setup, alignment, calibration, and operational testing.
* Provide machine operation training to customer staff.
* Ensure proper handover documentation and customer sign-off.
*2. Servicing & Maintenance*
* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (general servicing).
* Inspect machine components, replace worn parts, and ensure optimal functioning.
* Update service logs and maintenance reports.
*3. Troubleshooting & Repairs*
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or control-related issues in machines.
* Carry out prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
* Suggest improvements for operational efficiency and reliability.
### *4. After-Sales Support*
* Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to customers.
* Respond to service calls within defined TAT (Turn-Around Time).
* Guide customers on machine care, best practices, and safety guidelines.
* Support spare parts identification and installation.
### *5. Documentation*
* Maintain accurate service records, installation reports, spare part usage logs.
* Provide feedback to R&D or production teams on recurring issues.
### *6. Customer Relationship Management*
* Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
* Address customer queries and escalate major concerns to senior engineers when required.---
## *Required Skills & Competencies*
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, gear assemblies, and electrical wiring.
* Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
* Hands-on troubleshooting skills for food-processing machinery.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
* Ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
