Webslogin IT Services Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining long-term relationships in both Domestic and International markets. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, job portals, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound sales strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both Domestic and International markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reporting tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills

- Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
