PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We are seeking Production supervisor to join our team at Josco Automobiles Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of truck and trailer bodies. The Graduate Trainee will assist our engineering team in implementing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and supervising production activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee production schedules for efficiency and timely delivery.
- Supervise and train employees, handling hiring, performance, and discipline
- Ensure workplace safety and quality control measures are implemented
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions
- Lead and motivate production team members to achieve production targets
- Develop and maintain documents and procedures.
- Solve problems related to machine, tooling, and production processes
- Allocate daily production resources to support production plans and targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field..
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes related to heavy vehicle body building.
- 4 to 8 years experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
