Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Hindi Teacher to educate students in Hindi language and literature. The candidate should create an engaging learning environment, develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, and inspire a love for the Hindi language.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, literature, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Encourage active participation through classroom discussions and activities.
- Organize Hindi-related competitions, cultural events, and literary activities.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial guidance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management regarding student progress.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school events.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the school.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory/preferred as per school requirements.
- Master's Degree in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Classroom, Smart Board, etc.).
Experience
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Experience teaching CBSE/GSEB/ICSE curriculum will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,225.05 - ₹20,000.00 per month
