Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Tour Executive to handle tour enquiries, planning and customer coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Handle tour enquiries and customer requirements
- Prepare itineraries and quotations
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinate hotels, transport and activities
- Coordinate with suppliers and ground partners
- Maintain customer and tour records
- Support customers before and during travel
- Ensure smooth execution of tour packages
Job Title: Ticketing Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to handle flight bookings and ticketing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle flight enquiries, bookings and ticket issuance
- Manage cancellations, refunds and rescheduling
- Check fares and flight availability
- Coordinate with airlines and customers
- Maintain booking and payment records
- Follow up on pending enquiries and bookings
- Provide timely customer support
- Ensure accuracy in all ticketing transactions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
