Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IBIS programs and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, corporates, hospitals, fitness centers, and industry partners.
- Generate leads through direct visits, networking, events, seminars, and referrals.
- Conduct presentations and career awareness sessions for prospective students and organizations.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase admissions and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Track and update lead and partnership activities in CRM systems.
- Represent IBIS at exhibitions, education fairs, and corporate events.
- Support franchise, channel partner, and institutional partnership initiatives.
- Prepare business development reports and market intelligence updates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- MBA or PG qualification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Experienced candidates in educational sales, business development, B2B sales, or partnerships are preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Business networking and lead generation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel for business meetings and events.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Educational Sales, Corporate Relations, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the education, training, healthcare, logistics, HR, or corporate sectors will be an advantage.
