Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File/Print Services, VMware, Hyper-V, and storage infrastructure.
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VLANs, QoS, and network connectivity across branches.
- Administer FortiGate firewalls, security policies, VPN, IPS, NAT, web filtering, and SD-WAN.
- Manage Google Workspace, user accounts, Gmail security, MFA, Google Vault, and access controls.
- Manage endpoint security, MDM, Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, patching, EDR, and device compliance.
- Implement cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, access reviews, audits, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Manage CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, remote monitoring, and branch installations.
- Lead ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, SLA, and RCA.
- Manage IT setup for new branches, including network, firewall, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, biometrics, and user systems.
- Handle IT assets, vendors, AMC/SLA management, procurement, CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, and compliance.
- Automate IT operations using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and workflow tools.
- Lead and mentor infrastructure, system, and network teams while providing L3 technical support.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
