The India Workplace team creates environments where employees, visitors and talent experience. The front desk coordinator is the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors, delivering the front-of-house experience and ensuring every interaction is warm, seamless and sets the tone for what JLL feels like. Working closely with the hospitality lead, this role is the foundation of our guest services, employee experience and day-to-day office operations. For someone with the right mindset and drive, this role is a launchpad into a broader career in workplace experience. Responsibilities: Guests & visitors: Welcome all guests, candidates and visitors warmly and professionally — ensure every person who enters the office feels valued from the moment they arrive. Operate the guest management system (Envoy) day to day, ensure seamless visitor access and flag any bottlenecks in the visitor journey to the hospitality lead. Ensure the front desk, lobby and guest pantry areas are always clean, organised and ready for guest arrival. Deliver personalised hospitality including recognising repeat visitors and coordinating welcome-back arrangements with pantry personnel ahead of their arrival. Follow security protocols including visitor registration, pass issuance and escort procedures — escalate any concerns to the hospitality lead. Employees: Be a visible, approachable and proactive presence — someone employees can rely on for support, information and a positive interaction. Address internal queries and requests via phone, email, tickets and Slack with strong knowledge of the office and its surroundings. Prepare and distribute welcome kits for new hires and support the onboarding experience. Coordinate visiting employee logistics including temporary fobs, hot desks and advance coordination with the Workplace team & hospitality lead. Own the day-to-day handling of shipping, receiving, mail and deliveries — ensure everything moves efficiently and with care. Events & Shoots: Ensure event spaces are properly prepared and equipped, flag any discrepancies to the hospitality lead ahead of time. Support the hospitality lead in planning employee engagement moments such as social hours and content activations. Assist with smooth entry and coordination of artists and crew during shoot days
