Job Profile – Production Designer (Women’s Section)
Location: Gomti Nagar Branch, Bhasin Brothers
Key Responsibilities
- Alteration & Fit Management
- Supervise and execute alteration work for women’s garments to ensure perfect fit for customers.
- Coordinate with tailoring staff to manage urgent VIP alterations and special requests.
- Maintain alteration records for audit and customer satisfaction tracking.
- Fabric & Material Coordination
- Select and recommend suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories for women’s garments.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Quality Control
- Conduct sample approvals and oversee quality checks during garment finishing.
- Ensure garments meet brand standards for fit, finish, and durability.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with merchandising, inventory, and floor teams to align production with sales requirements.
- Support sales staff with product knowledge and customer queries related to garment construction.
- Customer Service Support
- Assist VIP clients with customization and alteration requests.
- Provide expert advice on garment care, durability, and styling adjustments.
- Audit & Documentation
- Maintain transparent, audit‑ready records of alterations, quality checks, and production adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
