We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google, while also driving our SEO strategy. This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable wearing multiple hats — from designing ad creatives to analyzing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, design, and create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, reels, carousels) for Facebook and Instagram
- Write compelling ad copy and captions aligned with brand voice
- Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
- Define target audiences, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and report on campaign results
Google Ads
- Create and manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping/Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies and budgets
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Set up conversion tracking and analyze performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics
SEO
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for search visibility
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Recommend and coordinate technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile-friendliness, structure)
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth over time
General
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and digital marketing trends
- Collaborate with the team on overall marketing strategy and content calendar
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid social, Google Ads, and SEO
- Proven experience creating ad creatives (basic graphic design/video editing skills — Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analytics
- Good written communication skills for ad copy and content
- Google Ads Certification / Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Pay: ₹9,989.08 - ₹35,722.18 per month
