Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end product solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Python/Django backend development, modern frontend frameworks (React.js or Vue.js), and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using LangChain/LangGraph, is a strong advantage.
You will play a key role in architecture decisions, building scalable applications, and taking products from concept to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack product features
- Work across frontend, backend, and third-party integrations
System Architecture
- Design scalable microservices architecture
- Ensure maintainability, reliability, and performance
API Development & Integrations
- Build secure REST APIs
- Integrate external services with proper authentication and authorization
Performance Optimization
- Optimize queries, memory usage, and application speed
- Implement caching strategies for high-performance systems Data & Database Management
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL data models
- Ensure scalability, indexing, and efficient query execution
Cloud & DevOps
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Code Quality
- Follow best practices, conduct code reviews
- Ensure test coverage, monitoring, and maintainable code
Primary Technical Requirements
Backend Development
- Strong expertise in Python and Django (ORM, middleware, authentication)
- Experience building REST APIs (Django REST Framework preferred)
- Advanced SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred)
- Strong database design and performance tuning experience
Frontend Development
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Vue.js
- Experience building modern SPAs with state management (Redux, Vuex, Pinia)
- Ability to create responsive, high-performance UI components
Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and environment management
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation is a plus)
Architecture & Performance
- Microservices design and service communication
- Caching technologies (e.g., Redis)
- Performance tuning and scalability optimization
Nice to Have
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Exposure to Flutter (mobile development)
- AI/ML integration experience (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector DBs)
- Experience with analytics platforms like Redshift or Snowflake
