Mandatory Requirements
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications
- Strong working experience in Zoho Books (Mandatory)
- Expertise in Deluge scripting
- Experience with Zoho CRM customization, workflows, blueprints, modules, and layouts
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator application development
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into efficient technical solutions
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and maintain Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications
- Develop and optimize workflows, automations, custom functions, and business processes
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and webhooks
- Provide timely support and resolution for Zoho-related issues
- Ensure successful and on-time delivery of Zoho projects and enhancements
- Reduce manual effort through process automation and system optimization
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control of all developments and changes
- Monitor and improve system performance, stability, and user experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with multiple Zoho applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of accounting and financial workflows within Zoho Books
