Coral Reef, Kakkanad is seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have experience in meat preparation, portioning, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat, poultry, and seafood according to kitchen requirements.
- Prepare meat products while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Store and handle products following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Minimize waste through proper handling and portion control.
- Keep the butchery area clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butcher, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment.
- Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
